Frequently Asked Questions

1. How many lollipops do I receive with each set?

When you design your own lollipop, you will receive 8 lollipops per set. If you're purchasing from our lollipop collection please note that we are currently updating the website so some listings still list 7 lollipops for $14 rather than 8 for $16. If you'd like to purchase a set of 8, just let us know and we'll update the listing for you.

2. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders of less than 50 lollipops can take 4-7 business days to process. When your order is processed we will ship it out USPS 2-3 day priority. Though packages usually arrive within 2-3 days after we ship, it isn't guaranteed.

3. What if I need to place a rush order?

Contact us via the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the site, and let us know when you need your order to arrive by. We will get back to you promptly with an answer. Though we try our best to accomodate our customers' needs, rush orders aren't always possible. If you are purchasing for an event, we recommend placing orders 2-3 weeks before you will need them.

4. I have an event several weeks/months away, when should I place my order?

The sooner the better! We recommend 2-3 weeks advance notice for orders of 50+. For orders of 100+ we recommend 4-6 weeks advance notice. Leave a note when you purchase letting us know when you will need the order to arrive by. We prefer to ship out orders closer to the event so that the lollipops are fresh.

5. What is the difference between the Standard Collection and the Special Collection?

Standard Collection lollipops are available year-round and feature one flavor per set. Special Collection lollipop sets either feature limited edition flavors or are assorted sets that feature multiple flavors.

6. I'm allergic to nuts, are your candies safe for me to eat?

Our facility is NOT nut-free. We take precautions to make sure batches don't mix, but we can't guarantee that there are no traces of nuts.

7. Can I order lollipops piece by piece?

Our lollipops cannot be ordered piece by piece. Yet, we do offer a surprise assortment set and themed assortment collections. See our Special Collection page for more information.

8. What is the shelf life of your candy?

Sugar is a natural preservative so technically hard candy doesn't go bad. Yet, over time, our lollipops and candy will lose their shape and flavor. We recommend consuming most of our candy and lollipops within 2-3 months. Caramel lollipops and lollipops with fresh ingredient add-ons should be consumed within 1-2 weeks.

9. What ingredients are used in your candy?

With the exception of our caramel lollipops, most of our lollipops include the following base ingredients: sugar, corn syrup (without high fructose corn syrup), food coloring, and flavoring oil. Add-on ingredients will be noted in the lollipop's name (ex. cacao nibs, rosemary, sea salt, etc...). Lollipops labeled as "all natural" are made with all natural ingredients and no food coloring. Lollipops labeled with "all-natural flavoring" use natural flavors but are made with food coloring. Our caramel lollipops are made with water, corn syrup, vinegar, sugar, butter, flavoring oil and any additional ingredients listed in the lollipop's name (ex. lavender, fleur de sel, etc...)

10. What if I don't like the lollipop that I custom designed?

Lavender Peanut Butter Ginger? Salted Cotton Candy? Peppermint Cabernet? Knock yourself out! We encourage you to have fun with your custom creations, but we cannot provide refunds unless the lollipops are defective in some way (ex. they arrive broken).

11. What if I want to return my order?

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns. If there is an issue with your order please contact us, and we will resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

12. Do the lollipops contain high fructose corn syrup?

No. As of July 2014, we no longer use corn syrup that contains high fructose corn syrup.
